"A human institution designed to provide a new product or service under conditions of extreme uncertainty."

And if there is something that is clearer every day about this definition, it is the extreme uncertainty that entrepreneurs must face every day. In fact, 90% of startups worldwide fail within the first three years.

Thousands and thousands of innovative and disruptive projects, which in fact could really change the world, do not come to fruition.

Many of these failures occurred in projects with a validated value proposition and even with product-market fit. Most of these failures were not due to a product/service, equipment, or financing issue. Many of these startups fail due to problems in their models and strategies.

Strategic Studio, was born with the objective of increasing that success rate and reducing to the maximum that uncertainty that by definition is part of the startup world.
